Your last opened document, current reading page, zoom scale, and rotation are saved 100% locally on your device. If your browser closes or reloads, simply click the Recovery icon in the header or the restore prompt to resume right where you left off.
Instead of bloating your browser's RAM with every page of a large PDF, PDFMaster stores the complete file in your browser's private IndexedDB storage and keeps an intelligent 3-page sliding window (previous page, current page, and next page) in active memory. Adjacent pages are pre-rendered in the background so page turns are instantaneous (0ms lag), while older pages outside the 3-page window are automatically purged from RAM.
This usually means the file is corrupted or isn't a standard PDF. Try re-exporting or re-downloading the original file, then open it again here.
